888 Archive offers limited jewelry drops and fast order processing. Because many pieces are produced or stocked in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

7-Day Damage Claim Window

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may submit a claim within 7 days of delivery.

Your claim must include:

  • Clear photos or videos of the damage

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • A short description of the issue

All claims are reviewed individually. Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.

If your claim is approved, 888 Archive may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Damage caused by normal wear, improper care, water exposure, misuse, or accidental damage is not covered.
